The goals for this project were as simple and elegant as the solution: an addition that would maximize views to the backyard, access and enhance the patio as an amenity and provide a Master Suite on the ground floor that would allow the clients to accomodate elder parents and finally, an addition that looked like it was always a part of the 40's bungalow.
